hi, sorry folks, we've been out all day every day and the posts have come more infrequently than i would like. i wanted to capture every food experience as they happened, but it takes really long to get all my thoughts down. I'm still stuck on the Tsukiji post from day 2 morning. I'll have a good chance to write on the way back up from LA to SF. There's so much to write about:

Sushi
Tsukiji
Okonomiyaki
Ramen
Yakitori
Teishoku bento
Roppongi Hills
Unagi
Department store lunch
Some of the most expensive fruit in the world
3 Desert places
Ridiculous produce prices (yup, we went to two super markets for fun)
Pictures from all of the above

We went to:
Shinjuku/Kabukicho
Shibuya,
Harajuku
Ropongi Hills
Ginza

All of the above happened in 3 days. Tomorrow we'll be traveling to Hakone, sight seeing in the area and ending with our stay at the ryokan.

I got shat on today too. Like MASSIVE. It landed on 3 spots on my jeans, on my sweater, 5 major blobs on my hat (I'm so happy I was wearing it), and even on the map book I was holding!
